Remore Agent Push Install Help

Hi, has anybody come accross an issue where when you try to install the remote agent from backup exec server it just says "the operation timed out blah blah blah" and then when you rety it says "the file is in user by anther process"???

ive successfully installed it on other servers but this one is being a pain in the ass!!!!! if anybody knows anything i'll be forever in debt to you for the solution, its driving me nuts!

Install remote agent manually

i cant either it just hangs on "Configuring windows installer

Try running the Windows Installer Cleanup utility.

AH, OK IVE JUST LOOKED IN THE c:\TEMP DIRECTORY AND THE RANT DIRECTORY IS IN THERE (SETUP FILES FOR THE REMOTE AGENT) AND IT WONT LET ME DELETE THEM. ANY IDEAS?
