RemitPlus CarLar Error

Had a power outage last night. This morning, one of the servers, Win2003 is giving me an event error: RemitPlus Carlar. I did a google search and didn't come up with anything. Anyone experience this before? I shutdown the server and rebooted but no luck. The error is showing up about every minute. I have never heard of this error. Appreciate any suggestions.

I found the problem. It was a software that not running correctly, so stop the services.
