Remember Outlook2000 password

I have Win2000 Server and Outlook 2000. I'd like to login without remembering my password. Problem is, I cannot setup the exchange server to use the NT Auth. because the email server and my logon domain are different. I know I can edit the registry to have outlook remember the user name and logon domain, is there a way to do that for the password?
