Remedy On-Call

I have setup a calender within Remedy to populate on-call support for Business hours 8 a.m. to 5.p.m. MON-FRI. After 5:00 the calender switches to the off hours support. The calender includes weekends and holidays these should be populating with off-hours support but it is not working. Any ideas?
