I have Sun Solaris 8, Remedy 4.5 and 3.2.1, HP OpenView.
Two Servers
Server A with Sun Solaris and Remedy 3.2.1,Oracle 7.3.4
Server B with Sun Solaris and HP Openview Integrated
with Remedy
Client both Remedy 4.5 and 3.2.1 in separate directory
accessing same schemas.
Ticket is generated when one of our organisation
computer/network device is down.
Question is
Remedy Does not generate tickets even though
the application is running on Server/Client. What is missing.
and what process should i check for tickets to generate.
Need Help.
