Hello,
Can someone help me understand how Remedy ITSM (latest versions ideally?!?) handles incidents for multiple clients. The issue is we have shared infrastructure that relates to multiple clients. We have notification commitments to each/all of these clients, even if we don't recieve a call from them.
We have an older version that is quite limited in this regard. WE'd like to institute a solution where we don't create multiple tickets for a single incident event.
