Remedy AR System 7 and BO XI R2 connection

We are trying to connect our AR System 7 midtier, on the RemedyDEV server to our Business Objects XI server on its own Windows 2003 server with the AR Web Report Viewer and we can't seem to get them to talk to each other. We specifiy the name of the server in the mistier configuration toll, but the window just opens and keeps refreshing when we try to run a report. It does not error out. We can run the reports direct from the BO XI server, but not from Remedy.

Any help our guidance would be greatly appreciated.
