Remedy and Excel

Hi,Is there a way to scrape an id number from one software package and do a search for the id in excel? and produce a pop up with these details ? eg: take an id number from remedy, and look in excel spreadsheet for the details for this id and produce another window with the details from excel.

Sorry if this is confusing, or i'm not being clear.

Does the Remedy software package support VBA?

Do you know the VBA Extensions for this application, if it does support VBA?

I scrape screens in an Attachmate!Extra emulator from Excel, so such a capability may exist for Remedy.
