We have Remedy alerts utility provided in Remedy user. When any logged call reached to warning stage or going to breach that comes in alert list. Just take our attention to the breaching call, we have remedy alerts that gives us some kind bip sound (configurable) that some call going to breach.
These alerts are configured in remedy Server and for remedy clients( the one which we using) we just see alert list and can’t actually customise alerts. Now this functionality very useful in case of auto logged P1/P2 in application support enviroment, so we will come to know by remedy alerts that P1/P2 arrived on our stack ....... can give immediate attention.
Could it be possible to set alerts on P1/P2 calls, so that will comes in Alert list and be captured easily via remedy alerts? Any suggestion will be helpful or if you have any other ideas please share....
