Remedy 6.3 with IE7

I was wondering if anyone had this problem before

We are getting ready to transition to Remedy 6.3 and for some reason with all the testing we can not get the web interface to work with IE7, now if we use Firefox we have no problem at all.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious... Are you upgrading your applications as well as ARS or just ARS? If you are upgrading just ARS, you might as well go up to 7.1 with the Midtier upgrade. I know it has no problems with IE7 because that is what I'm running.
