remedy 512 email engine error

Hi,

We're in the process of upgrading from Remedy 4.0.3 to
5.1.2. We installed Remedy 5.1.2 and can use the admin
tool and the user tool. However the email engine doesn't
work. We're getting the following error:

Checking connection to server: homer ...

Cannot connect.
21-Nov-2003 08:29:03 com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon.LoggingModule doWork
SEVERE: Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System server homer : RPC: Miscellaneous tli error - An event requires attentionNo message of desired type

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
