How can I remap a single key to send alt + up arrow?

Yes,

Select help, - keyboard help, and the instructions to mapping keys are there.

I want to send the equivalent of alt and the up arrow with a single keystroke, if possible.

It doesn't look like Alt up arrow can be mapped, so my hunch is that you'll need to use Doorway Mode to send that keystroke. You can turn this on by selecting the Data | Doorway Mode menu item.

Found a way so I'll share how I did it.

First I used this script to see what was being sent.

proc main
keyget i0
usermsg "%x" i0
endproc

By running this and pressing ALT & ARROW UP it showed that c26 was being sent, then made below script to have key press send it.

proc main
sendvkey 0xc26
endproc

Voila' mission accomplished.
