Hello,

I would like to use the MS Outlook 2003 program to handle my POP mail account but I can't seem to find a way to have the data files (inbox/outbox, etc.) stored on my flash drive. I would like to download my messages at home on a portable flash drive so that I can refer to them at work. I can't seem to find a solution to this problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

After you have set-up your POP mail account click on Tools, then Options. Select the mail setup tab and click on Data Files. In the Outlook Data Files box that appears click on Settings. You can change your file path from there. Make sure that your flash drive is connected before you start changing anything.

Cheers.
