After reloading the&nbsp;&nbsp;new router at work (not yet in production).Using the reload command. The console&nbsp;&nbsp;displays a blinking cursor, and&nbsp;&nbsp;no router prompt.<br>Please can anyone offer a soluton to get the router prompt,back.
 
When you reboot it does it do the same thing?&nbsp;&nbsp;(turn off and back on)<br>Were you in the console or telneted in?&nbsp;&nbsp;You can try a break sequence during the reboot and try getting to the ROMMON prompt.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you don't get any information at all and you are on the console port contact the vendor and have it replaced.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Is it set to boot from flash, tftp server, or ram?&nbsp;&nbsp;If is was set to boot from tftp and their is no server possibly.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is hard to say.&nbsp;&nbsp;Let me know what happens. <br><br>Rob
