Reload Classfiles without restarting Tomcat .

Can any one tell me how to configure tomcat so that i reloads the re- complied files without restarting Tomcat?

Depends upon the version of Tomcat whether you can do this or not ... check the Tomcat documentation for the "manager" application, which shows you how deploy war files without a restart.
