Reload/change frame source from javabean

I would ilke to ask if the following is possible.

I have two frames in a browser, and both are jsp. In one frame I have embedded a javabean (for instance, a ticker with URL links in it). Would it be possible to click on a URL in the javabean and have it load in the second frame? If so, how would that be accomplished?
