Reliable VPN providers

I'm using VPN tunnels to communicate with the rest of the Internet. I have read some stuff recently that has made me suspicious that not all VPN providers are honest people that leave your privacy and credit cards alone. I'd like to decrease the risk that I get hacked or become subject of fraud when I'm using VPN tunnels. I'd like to decrease the risk that both the providers themselves pose and potential risk that badly constructed tunnels may pose (I don't know if this is ever an issue). Below is a list of VPN providers that I know of. I don't know much about them. That's where I need your help. It will be of great help if you can recommend to me the VPN providers you think have integrity and with whom I have little or no cause to worry about fraud or hacking. If you know of other god VPN providers that are not on this list, then please recommend them.
