Releasing Crystal 9.0 Licenses

We have installed Lawson Software, Crystal Reports and Enterprise Reporting.

We are experiencing issues with the "all of your 5 concurrent access licenses are in use".

We are trying to utilize the cleanup.asp but unsure of where to place this file within the folder structure of Lawson, Crystal, etc. And also how to call the cleanup.asp.

We've had a similar problem. What seems to happen is that every time you go into the CE reporting module, it automatically logs you on as 'Guest'. Then when you come out the 'Guest' user is still logged in.

It only takes a few people to do this before all of your 5 user licences are used up. And assuming you havn't changed the defualt - each user is logged in for up to 20 minutes.

They only way to get round this is to Resart the APS or the WCS from the server your running CE from. I posted a question on this topic under a title ' logging off user in CE9'. That got some good responses - feel free to read that under the Crystal enterprise thread.
