Releasing CPU Memory

Is there some type of command I can use to release window's memory when I exit my program?
 
If you're not directly dealing with Windows memory through code then you don't have to worry about it. Windows does it all for you. However it is good practice to cleanup objects when you don't need them anymore. i.e. set rsObj = nothing.
