never an example when you need one!
I am about to put on my site a add in for word which i want to release as open source.
However I have seen examples of this before, i want to add in a clause under the GNU something along the lines of
This code is released as open source and you may make any changes / alterations etc etc , the originial author can not be held responsible etc etc and then finally, this is on condition that the first four lines of the about box remain intact,
