can anyone tell me the new features of rel. "O" ,I can't find any info on it

are you saying just program a auto dial button or is feature 27 a message lite button and put inext?

feature 27 is on a button with a light and once turned on it will show if the extensions you have as an auto dial on the phone have messages or not.
some say useful, I have not found anybody that wanted it so far.

I have had a few customers use the message notification and liked it. When the receptionist has to check multiple mailboxes or an assistant has to check messages for their boss. I believe phantom mailboxes would work, as well. As long as you had the autodial button. I like the feature. I don't care for the hot dial as much. There seemed to be a bad delay when you dialed the digits. I wish you didn't have to have a button on your phone for the hot dial. I wish you could activate it in system programming per each extension basis.

same here, hotdial is nice on Magix, IP Office and so on but using a button to activate it is not a good thing, Hello Avaya did you hear it??
