Release button on phones to work with Loudspeaker Paging 1

I have seen this done before but I can't remember how to program it. Instead of hanging up the receiver after using the loudspeaker paging how does one create a release key next to the Loudspeaker Button.

Since the Loudspeaker Page button is Intercom-70, just moving to the other Intercom button, or a line button, will disconnect you from the paging.

You could program an unused line (doesn't even need to be an equipped line, such as line 24 or so), put it next to the Loudspeaker Page button (but it will have to go on a button with lights) and label it Page Release.
