Release and try again - message

Hi,

I have an CallServer Rls 4.0 and when I try to call from i2004 or i2002 telephone, on phone cell and that phone is busy, closed or blocked I have the message "release and try again" on the telephone display.
I don't hear the busy tone or the voice mail when the phone cell is closed.

Do you have any ideea why I have this message?
