Has anyone managed to get 5302's working with phone lock? According to the release docs it does support it.

I have even tried changing the feature access code from ##1 to **5 followed by the pin.

Does it support phone lock?
I don't think it does. Remember someone saying something about it not supporting...

If you find answer please post it here.

The release notes we got from Mitel online states:

"Single line IP sets, Analogue and Sip sets are supported: however there is no indication of the locked status."

It then goes on by saying that you should use the feature access codes.

The Help file on version 9 says the following:

2500, Generic SIP Phone, 5001 IP, 5201 IP, 5302 IP, 5304 IP, 5401 IP, SpectraLink, OpenPhone 26/27

Using a Feature Access Code

To activate Phone Lock:

Lift the handset.

Dial the Phone Lock Feature Access code.

Hang up.

To de-activate Phone Lock:

Lift the handset.

Dial the Phone Unlock Feature Access code.

Enter your User PIN.

Hang up.
