Hello. I'm upgrading a customer from 9.0 to 9.1. Only issue I was concerned with was in 9.1.5 where all hunt group calls were logged as missed calls... The tech bulletin for 9.1.6 references resolving "multiple call log issues in 9.1.5" but not specifically this.
Anyone know empirically that this is resolved? Would be much appreciated.
I did ask Avaya and got a really sad response. The person there told me to upgrade the customer and see if the issue was occurring. I told her this sounds like exactly the way they must test their software releases. Really unbelievable the way they handle their software upgrades and partner / customer support.
