Release 7.0 Source Code Uxxx not working 1

Hello all,
I removed this IP Office 7.0 system & replaced it with a new release 11.
Customer is aware their 7.0 is going to be donated to a non-profit organization & their 5410 phones.
I have never worked on a 7.0 system or 5410 phones.
It's an embedded voicemail & the non-profit company wants when a voicemail is on a particular Ext, that it will also show to two other Exts.
Via have their message light turn on & have access to listen from their visual voicemail.
So I've tried in the User's Source Codes of the Exts. that also want to see the messages the normal Uxxx & tried U & the user name.
Neither is working.
Example Ext. 200 gets the messages, 201 & 202 also would like those messages on their phones.
So in 201 & 202, I put U200 in their Source Code.

Does this set up only work after the 7.0 release, or is there something I need to do different?
Are the 5410 phones capable of doing this?
I've done this to numerous other releases of the IPO with no problems.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

You can’t do that on that level of software
It has to be above 9.1

If it’s voicemail for external incoming call the use a Hunt group eg 400 then add all 3 as members
Untick 201 , 202 that way they don’t ring
Add H200 to 200 source number
Add H400 to 201 source number
Add H400 to 202 source number to be alerted for mail.
