Release 6.0 wrong DSCP tags being placed on MGC DSP card

I have a 6.0 1000E system running wireshark caputres everything appears to be correct with seeing signaling traffic and RTP traffic with the correct DSCP tags. The only issue I have is running a cap from the TLAN of the MGC I see DSCP 56 COS 7. I saw previous post regarding this same issue but never a resolution. Does anyone have an explanation of why the DSP card would mark their traffic this way?
