Release 3 Please Help!

I think everyone know's how many problems I've been having with our system and the release 3.0.2.8 that I loaded on my 200icp. Unfortunately no one is able to help me as my dealer is no longer with Mitel and the next closest people to me are in Tampa (I am in Jacksonville, FL) which is 4 hours away from me. Currently the problems I'm having are the consoles lose sync every 20 minutes until someone presses a buttom so the attendant doesn't hear it ring, and the digital sets (4025's) are rebooting at random times and almost everyday the digital sets say "EXTERNAL IS BUSY" and cannot dial out until I reboot the entire system, also in an earlier post I stated I'm having trap traces which I guess are software bugs and the system resets at 3am on Sunday. Nobody I've talked to has been able to help me. All I need is the newest version for the ICP so if someone could direct me to a link or host it on an ftp or email it to me I would be forever grateful.

Without a AUTHORIZED MITEL DEALER, how did you get a copy of 3.0.2.8?

Mitel has more then one authorized dealer covering your region (I just looked). Please contact your local Mitel sales office to achieve the proper support you require(Atlanta, GA).

i got 3.0.2.8 before my dealers license was revoked. but i don't need a dealer i can fix it myself all i need is the lastest software load.
