Release 11 DS30B known issues

DS30B (700501586) is having issues with all versions of Release 11 I have tried. I get crackly noise and random ports freezing as soon as the unit comes up. It's not hard to spot the problem, at least half of the ports will have issues and it is very obvious. By the way, it is only in DS (Avaya) mode, BST (Norstar) mode seems to work fine.

When I roll back to 9.0, 9.1 and 10, the units are also fine. Even tried the most recent 11.0.42.00.58 and still the same thing.

Anybody encounter this and what did you do?

Have you done a reboot of the system after the upgrade completed? We upgraded a system with ds modules to 11.0.4.2 and had similar issues, a reboot of the system cleared it up.
