You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<email.xxxxxxxx.org #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 <john@xxxxx.com>... Relaying denied>
I have read a few threads but i can not find the answer, can anyone help.

Could be any of a number of things. Some questions --

Have you EVER been able to send to this address?

Can you send to the address from another mail provider?

Looking at the headers, is the bounce message coming from YOUR mail server or the remote one?

Is your mail server listed on a relay blocklist?

Are you using a subscriber-block IP address?
