Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [10.0.0.0.1]

I am currently running the Linux Sendmail system. Everything has been OK until today.
I can no longer receive inbound mail.

Here is the message I get.
Relayibg denied. IP name lookup failed [170.91.23.177]

Can someone help?
