Relaying Denayed (TLS support) 1

Hi,
I got this problem for about 2 weeks now in trying to set up Relaying for Sendmail 8.11.6 on Redhat Linux 7.1

I used Access.db file and put the CERTIssuer and/or CERTSubject line over there to check which user with the correct certificate could be allowed for relaying.

It always said Relaying Denied even though I type down the correct information for CERTIssuer and CERTSubject.

I'm reading about this RelayAuth variable. Where could I find it and how could I modify it? Can anybody give example of the codes?
