Here is the situation and I am a novice administrator thrown into the management of an Exchange environment. THis morning I realized that no one in my company can send email messages to remote domains. Deliveries are able to be received from all domains and internal deliveries are working just fine. However no one can send to outside domains. I have checked the services and even restarted all exchange services, restarted the server itself. Neither of these things did any good. I am really not even sure what I am looking for so I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

Are users still receiving mail form other domains?
Well, one guess is that something is wrong with your exchange servers dns settings....
If I'm right, when you go to the exchange server you cannot even browse web pages. Your server is unable to translate names to IPs.
