Relay Host under Notes R4

Hello,

I know that it ist a problem with the old Lotus Notes R4.5 / R4.6 Version, in wich you cannot protec your messaging server from beeing use as relay host.

Do someone help me to find an official note from IBM who says that only a migration to Domino R5 can solve this problem? Or do this problem have an efficient solution?
