Hiya guys I get the following message back when an employee sends an email out. It happens every now and again to certain users. Any easy ways round this

550 Administrative Prohibition - Relay not allowed for unknown internal domains

In IMS, go to Routing tab, then Routing Restrictions, your problem may lie there.
