Thanks ahead of time for any advice you can share. I am working on a product for a group of customers using various Avaya PBX's. From 8700's to older Definity's. I want to collect some data on their call center and am thinking of using the VuStats feature to do so.
I have found good information on VuStats capabilities from the Avaya website but have a less technical and more feature oriented question...
My question is: how does Avaya package the VuStats feature? Is that enabled on all Avaya PBX's by default (for a PBX with Call Center capabilities) or is that an add on purchase that the customers have to choose?
Any information you could share would be appreciated. Thanks again!
