Good day guys, I am having an issue with the IBM director module TWGESCLI.EXE on a few servers (Windows 2000 running 4.12) consistenly maintaining 25% CPU utilization (started today). I checked the TWGESCLI.LOG file and it indicated that it is having a problem opening the registry entry "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\Application\rasctrs"; rc=X'2'.
Now I have checked the registry on a variety of Win2K boxes and this registry key simply doesn't exist.
Don't know if it's the root cause of the problem but the log only has entries starting from today.
I have temporarily killed the process on one box using PSKILL, but I don't think that's answer here. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Terry
