Relative URL in hyperlinks

I created some pages to show results and deliverables of a project. There are a number of documents referred from the html pages. All documents are collected in the same folder where html pages are created.
When I move the whole folder (with HTML pages and deliverables) to another computer all references to docs do not work because pages refer to absolute URL instead of relative URL.
Is there a way to do this? I tried a workaround changing URL address trhough the hiperlink change command but doesn't work.
