I have two huge cubes that use relative time categories such as 'Last Month', 'Current Month', 'MTD' etc.
Both are set up identically in their respective Transformer models, and both work fine when the cubes are built locally and viewed as .ppr in powerplay.
For production, the models are compiled to binary models (.pyi's i think), and scheduled to run nightly on the server where they drop the last 13 days data in the cube and nightly re-compile a 14 day rolling history (some data lags by up to 10 days).
One of the cubes builds the relative time categories fine every time. The other periodically (about 2 days in every 7) loses these categories altogether - via Cognos Upfront the category names appear in the droplist below the dimension, but there is no arrow-right to expand the category to its constituent dates. Data for the constituent dates can be accessed, but the relative time categories don't seem to have built.
Any ideas why? Any suggested remedies?
Many Thanks,
