Hello

I'm working in msaccess with the tbls from our MRP system. I am using them to create a qry for all the late orders every day. I want to add my own tbl into the db that has an expected due date field, but I can't figure out how to relate that tbl to one of the MRP tbls. The tbl I need to relate to has two primary keys, a sales order number and a line item number on the sales order. Every time the qry runs, I need the expected dates entered to stay with the related line item on a specific sales order number. I've tried creating a tbl with expected due date and both sales order number and line item number relating to the MRP tbl, but I can only create a tbl with one primary key. Any ideas? Help is most appreciated...

Hi,
Just a question as to why you can't do a multi row primary field. It's just a case of Select the two rows in question while holding the cntrl or shift key and cliking on the "key" on the toolbar. Sorry if I'm not understanding you correctly on this one. Mark
