If you dont have the patch, get it. I have seen it fix a few weird bugs

I beleive the only people that can get it are business partners. If you had your systems installed by business partners you could request the upgrade from them.
The patch is a free download to all Avaya Business Partners. If your supplier cannot help you its time for a new supplier.If you are a Business Partner go to the Business Partner Portal. Go to products a-z and select Partner @ ACS, configuration resources, enter login and password,and look for the partner EFlash tools link.Download the non-API download.
