Rel 5 Phoneset Display issues after PEP 06_03

I have had two different customers on three sites complain the phoneset displays stopped working after loading the 06_03 PEP. Instead of Source CDN Name and Caller ID, they now appear to get the trunk information. Has anyone seen this before?

did you apply all the patches on the PBx which are required after the SCCS 5.0 SU0603?

customer applied the patches. I am trying to get them to verify all patches were correctly applied. It's a bit tricky with Release 5 and they probably missed a couple or mis-applied the last couple peps.

Do you have PEPs 060301, 060305, and 060310 installed? These are needed as well as several PBX patches
