i have a query about this Error

here it is

Description:
The name "ourDomainname :1d" could not be registered on the Interface with IP address 192.168.xx.xx. The machine with the IP address 192.168.xx.xx(DC) did not allow the name to be claimed by this machine.

the service cannot be restarted automaticaaly becuase of this error...

note: i have a redudancy service installed when ever i test this , it fails to restart the service because
of this error

Sounds like Windows found a duplicate name on the network. Here's an excellent checklist for you to review:

You may want to turn off WINS, if you have it on - name resolution is geared towards DNS these days, with WINS as legacy support only.
