I need to reject messages from some internet email addresses to a particular user in our system.

It would appear that the mail flow settings don't allow me to specify an internet address in the rejection list and requires me to select a user from our system, as the user isn't in our system: how can I reject these external users to a specific internnal user?

Thanks.

I think I figured it out by adding a Transport Rule.

To help others out here are the steps.
Under "Organization Configuration" > "Hub Transport" > "Transport Rules", create a new transport rule.

The transport rule wizard works just like the Outlook rules wizard, with some missing/extra rules just for the server. I specified that I wanted email from "Outside the organization" that was sent to my user and where the from address contains an email address to send a rejection message to the sender.

Hope that helps out anyone looking to do the same thing.
