We have an employee who is being harassed. Is there a way to reject one outside email address in Exchange 5.5

Thanks,

Joe

Greetings and Salutations,
In the IMC, under the connections tab, there's a button called 'Message Filtering' that may help.

Create a mailbox called Banned. Go to its smtp address tab and add in the offending email address.

Now go to the user being hassled. Go to message filtering and choose to reject email from banned.

Hide the banned mailbox from the address book.

Now you can add addresses easily and its more centrally managed.
