Reject Error

We are getting the following error message when a user tries to use a particular application whilst connecting to the VPN from home:

This is strange because the rule for our VPN users allows the use of all protocols and all ports so why is it rejecting this?

check out your smart defense settings. 998 means something in smartdefense i think
