reject call with Dect R4

Hey,

How can I reject a call with an 37xx,

when I push the red button the call always comes back.

Does anyone have an idea to solve this Problem???

Answer the phone, if it rings somebody wants to reach you.

Or let it go to voicemail, worst customer service is when the caller actually hears that you rejected the call.

That is my opinion too.

But the Customer want to reject the call.

Easy, turn on voicemail with a no answer timer of 3600 seconds.
If you order the button then the call will go to voicemail or will be ended. Up to you what happens next.
