reiserfsck --rebuild-tree corruption problem, file recovery

A user deleted a folder from a server and reiserfsck --rebuild-tree -S -l /log /dev/md0 was run to retrive the files. Afterwards, some files were recovered, but many other files outside of lost+found were corrupted or missing afterwards. I dd if=/dev/md0 to a md0.img. Besides proper backups, what are some things to try on a copy of md0.img to recover files?
