Reinstalling files and folders

Hello,
Having tried all my best, coupled with the advices of professionals ( from tek-tips) to enable my narrator , i found out that the problem that is hindring me from enabling my narrator is the fact that the files of the narrator has been removed.
now i want to reinstall it but it`s possing problem to me. How can i reinstall this files.

Go to add/remove programs, the windows componets and you can find things to install from windows disc. Also this link might be helpful.
