Reinstalling Exchange.

I have a W2k Server which is my Domain (AD) I also have another W2K server running Exvhange 2000, My E2K server died and I need to reinstall, when I try I get an error that "A server Object already exists for server "XYZ" in Administritive group "First Administritive Group" you must either remove it or run setup in Disater recovery mode. I wish to remove it, any ideas?

All servers are running SP3 Exch was running SP4

I am not in front of an Exchange 2000. Somewhere there is a view in the tool menu, you would not to enable it. Once you enable it, you will see Services. From there, you can remove the First Administrative Group.
